General Policies

We normally ship within 10 days from the time your order is received.

There is a minimum $12.00 shipping/handling charge. Shipping/handling costs may be e-mailed to customer for approval prior to shipping. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable for any reason!

» For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $50.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

 

» An extra $20.00 per item will be added to the above charges for overweight and oversize items.

 

» We will give shipping charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the United States and request your approval prior to shipment.



Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $0.00 per item.

    We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

    Order Cancellation Policies

    Orders that have been processed and shipped are unable to be cancelled. See Return Policies for Returns. Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable in any case.



    Return Policies

    Merchandise returned in original condition (including box) within 30 days for a full refund, less shippping and handling fees (if item was shipped)with proof of purchase. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits on Clearance, Sale, or Final Sale Merchandise, without exception.

    We are not responsible for pricing errors, price increases, web site errors, nor phone misquotes on prices. We, too, are human, and err!!!!! Merchandise which is shipped via FEDEX OR USPS and, if received damaged will be replaced or refunded after claims are filed. Incidents are rare, but will be individually reviewed.
